All fired products including ceramics, porcelain and glass mosaics are subject to size and shade variation. They may not be 100% collinear during production process. Please select the tiles before installation and verify that this product matches your order. Confirm that suitable setting materials and installation methods are being used to install this product. For rectified tiles, mortar mix with multi purpose flex can be used for best installation result. If you use thinnest, a joint width of at least 1/16”( appx 2mm) must be kept with grout filled to the edges. For non-rectified tiles, regular thinnest is recommended, a joint width of at least 1/8’’(appx 3mm) to ¼’’(appx 6mm) must be grouted to the edges. Due to the inherent nature of ceramics and porcelain tile, variation in shades and pattern may occur during the mass production. Therefore, the product from the mass production may not be identical as the original sample confirmed by the buyer |
